Register a vessel with berth, compliance, and telematics — opens a dedicated form. Submits will wire to your fleet API; for now the form is UI-only.

Vessel detail includes the same fields as Add vessel; saves are local until you wire persistence. Rental rows can copy dock fields from the assigned vessel at booking time (with overrides if you allow alternate meet points).
